Shit man, really pissed at how TP is treating Dance now. As it is, they assigned us with a small sum of money to last us through the acad year and then they cut it down by almost half. How the freak are we suppose to do a concert with so little cash man? The sum allocated to the concert is not even enough to cover the instructor fees, let alone the costumes, ticket printing, publicity, etc. The advisor said that we should reuse the old costumes, like wtf? So we'll be reusing the costumes from previous performances? Freaking dumb. If that's the case, i'd rather use my home clothes.
The school expects us to perform for soo many school events unpaid, hold a concert and have external performances and yet don't provide us the money to do so. And best part is the money assigned to the club is from our parents, so we're indirectly paying THEM for us to perform for their events and they make it sound like they're doing us a favor? $%^@^(*&()(
